Bump in/out

Please note we need anywhere from 45 minutes to four hours for set up (depending on the hire package and venue). The set-up happens earlier in the day before your guests arrive. Breakdown happens at the end of your hire window and can take anywhere from 45 minutes to four hours (depending on the hire package and venue). There is no additional charge for the hours it takes us to set up and pack down

Delivery and set up

We will arrange a suitable time to deliver and set up the van allowing enough time for you to dress up the van and make it your own for the day!

Pick up & pack down

We will arrive and the end of your hire time and begin packing down the van for you, ready to leave at our agreed upon time. Please note that a late fee will apply if we are unable to collect at the agreed time.

Fees

Delivery
Delivery and pick up of our van within 50km of our headquarters in Mernda, VIC 3754 is included in our pricing.

For locations a little further away we require a $250 delivery fee + $1.00 per additional km beyond the included first 50km.

Late pick-ups

For events that run late, where we are unable to pack down and collect the van at our agreed time an additional late fee of $550.00 will be charged

Damages

Though this is highly unlikely, it's best to be prepared and clear on our damage policy. If there is minor repairable damage made, we only charge the cost of repair.

If it is more serious and requires larger works you will be liable & invoiced for the full cost of repairs as well as any cost of refunds to clients whose events are impacted by the requirement for repairs to our van.

But please rest easy- the chances of this happening are extremely slim. Knock on wood, it hasn’t happened yet!

Cancellations

We understand that things change...

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Deposits will be refunded as below:

6 months prior to event date will receive 100% deposit refund.
5 months prior to event date will receive 75% deposit refund.
3 months prior to event date will receive 50% deposit refund.
1 month prior to event date will receive a 25% deposit refund.
Less than one month notice will forfeit the entirety of the deposit payments.
